Common questions
How do I restore a subscription on a new device?
Sign in with the same Apple Account you bought it with, open Wibbo, go to the grown-ups area and tap Restore Purchases.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings on the device, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, then Wibbo, then Cancel. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
I want a refund.
Apple handles all App Store refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Tell us what went wrong too, so we can fix it.
Does Wibbo work offline?
Yes, once you save it. Wibbo streams its photos and voices by default, so open the grown-ups area, tap Save for offline and pick the worlds you want on the device. Those worlds then play with no connection at all, which is what a plane or a long drive needs. A few worlds draw their pictures fresh each time and cannot be saved ahead, so they are not on the list.
Are there ads or tracking?
None. No ads, no analytics, no tracking code of any kind, and nothing at all collected from your child. See the Privacy Policy. To check this for any app before you install it, see ad-free apps for toddlers, and how to check.
Can my child leave the app or reach the web?
No. There is no browser inside Wibbo and no outbound links a child can reach. Anything that leaves the app, including buying anything, sits behind a parental gate: a multiplication question a two year old cannot answer.
What age is Wibbo for?
Two to five. Letters, numbers, animals, dinosaurs, first words, and small games, all spoken aloud in a clear voice.
The voice or a photo is wrong.
Tell us which card and we will fix it. Pronunciation reports are genuinely welcome, especially for names and regional words.
Reset progress
Progress lives only on the device. Deleting and reinstalling Wibbo clears every star and favourite.
