Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Pulipe (India) covering your use of the Wibbo app. By downloading or using Wibbo, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Who may use Wibbo

Wibbo is made for children aged two to five, used with a parent or guardian. If you are a parent or guardian, you are responsible for your child's use of the app and for any purchase made from your device. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your country to buy a subscription.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Wibbo on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or extract the app's photos, videos, audio, or other content for use elsewhere.

All content in Wibbo remains the property of Pulipe or its licensors. Photography is licensed from third parties and is not yours to redistribute.

Subscriptions

Wibbo includes free content and an optional subscription that unlocks the full library. Subscriptions are sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

• The price and billing period of each plan are shown in the app before you confirm, in your local currency.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. Your Apple Account is charged for the next period within 24 hours before the current one ends, unless you cancel first.
• You can cancel any time in Settings on your device, under your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Settings.
• Where a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited if you buy a subscription during the trial.

Refunds

Apple processes all payments and all refunds for App Store purchases. We cannot issue refunds directly. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something in Wibbo went wrong, tell us at [email protected] and we will help where we can.

Privacy

Wibbo collects no personal data. See our Privacy Policy for the detail.

Changes to the app

We add, improve, and occasionally retire content. We will not remove a material part of what a paid subscription covers without notice. We may update these terms, and the date at the top of this page will change when we do.

No warranty and liability

Wibbo is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Apple

Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for Wibbo or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Apple's standard End User Licence Agreement also applies where it is not overridden here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any consumer rights you have under the law of the country you live in.
